Round 1: Your priority is to stop Temari’s skills. Otherwise, everything will be futile (here, level up until level 40 to get first attack. This is why you only need to refine your tools, since they're only Ninja exams and not Plyer Kill).

Round 2: Launch Azure Fang’s Water Style – Super Shark Bomb against Kankuro. At this point, cause Chaos on all enemy units, including Temari. (The Super Shark Bomb is an excellent choice on Temari, because she delivers two standard attacks per round with a high probability of combos). So, whatever you do, don’t let Azure Fang die in this round or it’s going to be hella hard.

Round 3: You have two skills at your disposal. But target Temari because as long as Azure Fang is alive, Kankuro will suffer from Chaos, so it’s only logical to prioritize Temari.

Round 4: Both lineups now have 80 Chakra points. Save Shikamaru’s skill until the next round for Gaara. Azure Fang’s Water Style – Super Shark Bomb will take out Kankuro. By now, Temari is probably died, but Azure Fang is not far behind either. Naruto and Shikamaru attack Kankuro. Then, have 3 of your units attack Gaara. But Gaara’s Evasion will keep him alive until Round 6.

So, these are the basic methods. If you have a 3-star Kankuro, you’d be able to improvise somewhat more. But in theory, people with 200 less Strength than I have were able to pass. The premise is they had higher first attack than their opponents.
