Our new Password Retrieve System has been updated!
Players can use it get your password back using your Security Email, Security Phone or Security Question. If players have not set these security methods, players can use the Appealing Password method to get it back.

a) Players also can find it by clicking “Forget Password” to enter this page
Players can type their account's information in the text boxes given, after which can click “Next Page” to go to the next page and retrieve their password using either: Username, Email or Phone number.
Note: Your username is your Login Email, not your character name; If you have set a Security email, you can also use your Security Email (the email) here; if you have set a Phone number as your security method, please also add your Country Code(Example 1: if you are a player from the United States of America, you should input “1” before your Phone number, do not add “00” or “+” for it will not work; Example 2: if you are a player from Malaysia, you should input “60” before your Phone number, do not add “00” or “+” for it will not work ) in order to enter Next Page.
b) We have total of 4 methods to retrieve the password, if you have set any Account Security in the User Center, then this page will display all available methods for you, if you haven’t set any, then it will be displayed as “NOT SET” and you will have to use the Appealing Password method.
c) If Players have not set any Account Security, players can retrieve their password by Opening an Appealing Case (Password Appeal)
d) The Password Appeal page should be the same as follows:
Please enter a valid Email in order to receive a Verification Code and the result of the Password Appeal ticket. (Players are not required to enter their Login or Security Email, just an Email that players have which is capable of receiving emails)
After which, players can check the email they provided to input the Verification Code received in their email.
Note: If you can't find the result of the Password Appeal/Verification Code in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder.
e) Click “CONFIRM” and you will be redirected to the following page:
Please fill all text boxes as accurate as possible, the more accurate your information, the higher the chances of your Password Appeal being successful.
Note: If you have recharged into the game before, please provide the recharge information in More information box of your recharge logs or your case will be rejected directly.
Your recharge log can be found using the Payment Option/Method or Recharge Channel you used to recharge, you can check all Payment Orders – their time and order ID.
Click “SUBMIT” button, your case will be then be processed as a Password Appeal case.
If the process involves a Support Staff (checking Recharge log, items, among other), your ticket might take up to 3 days to get a final decision from us and be processed.
