We are aware of the issues concerning the Missions Gift Box in which a bug might make the players lose points in the Missions Mobilization Event. Furthermore, currently it is not possible to open in batches the Missions Gift Box. We apologize for any inconvenience that it might have caused. Finally, we would like to ask the players that lost points due to this bug, to please contact our Customer Service or contact us in the Naruto Online Forum so that we are able to make up a list with all the players that suffered from this bug.
Please, when contacting concerning this issue, provide us with the following information:
1. A print screen with your Time-Limited Shop.
2. Print screen of all the items in your inventory.
3. A print screen of the Missions Mobilization event in which we can see how many points you have.
Every print screen needs to include the server's time and your computer's time on it.
