3、Servers Affected:
NY: S1, S3, S5, S7, S9, S11;
Time：9th March, 03:00AM - 05:00AM New York Time
LA: S2, S4, S6, S8, S10, S12
Time：9th March, 12:00 AM - 2:00AM Los Angeles Time
4、Servers Affected: All US Servers
Time: 9th March, 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM New York Time, 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM Los Angeles Time.
