We are aware of complaints concerning the Arena Season rewards, however, we wish that you take a moment to once more check the rules for the Arena.
Rewards for each Rank are given to players by the System AFTER the FIRST time players achieved SIX PATHS SAGE Rank. Once players have reached it, their Rank will be reset once the next Season restarts and will get the rewards for the Six Paths Sage Rank. However, by the time the next Season ends, then, players will get the full rewards for the Rank they achieved (after the first time they have achieved Six Paths Sage Rank in the previous Season).
We are truly sorry for any misunderstanding and will later on update the rules for the Arena’s Seasons to make it clearer.
