Account information and customer service center guidelines

The following content contains detailed instructions for account information and customer service center. Please follow the steps described below.

To view account info:

1. After logging in to Mini-Client, click the icon in the upper right corner of the picture to view personal account information.

2. Click on My Center

3. Click Profile to view account details.

To find customer service center:

1. Click the icon in the upper right corner of the picture to enter the customer service center.

2. Click Login Problems

3. Select Other from the drop-down menu to fill out the account question form.

4. Describe the account issue in the form, click submit, and our customer service staff will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
