Q1: There are problems with playing the game using the Mini-Client. Can it be optimized?
A1: We have made multiple attempts to optimize the Mini-Client’s lag issue, high memory usage, and multiple-account opening function, but it has not been fully completed due to various reasons. If you have serious problems when using the Mini-Client, we recommend that you install a browser that supports Flash on PC.

Q2: Puffin has become abnormal recently with playing the game. Can it be fixed?
A2: Puffin is a third-party software and we cannot fix it. If you need to log into the game from a mobile device, you can use other mobile browsers with built-in Flash to try to log into the game. Of course, in order to get the best gaming experience, we recommend that you play the game on PC.
