“Mental Training”

1.  Recently, we received feedback on the “Mental Training” Plot Instance. When you click on the “Mission NPC: Anbu Captain” in the Mission List, your Ninja will automatically go to him, unfortunately, when you encounter the Anbu Captain and speak to him, you might be faced with a black screen. At the moment, the best solutions we can offer you are to conclude this part of the plot while in a Team, for cut scenes are skipped when playing in a Team! We will be fixing this issue during next week’s update!                                               

2.  While playing, if you click on the top-right corner, in the “Naruto Customer Service” icon, the window that will pop-up is for the Customer Service of the German version of the game.

At the moment, to overcome this issue, we highly recommend players to proceed using one of the following methods:

Method A) Players using Facebook to access the game, click on the bigger “?” on the top-left corner of the screen to contact the Customer Service.

Method B) Players using the Official Website or the Mini-Client to play the game, click on the upper-most top-right corner “?” to contact the Customer Service.
